Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of flame-retardant coatings, in particular to smokeless toxic flame-retardant back glue and a production process thereof. The smokeless toxic flame-retardant back glue is prepared from the following components in percentages by weight: 3-5% of a foaming agent, 15-22% of a crosslinking agent, 15-20% of expandable graphite, 5-8% of a flame retardant, 2-3%of a leveling agent, 1-2% of a thickener and the balance of water. The invention also relates to a process for preparing the smokeless toxic flame-retardant back glue. The process comprises the following steps: (1) weighing: inspecting various raw materials according to requirements, and weighing the various raw materials according to a formula proportion for later use; (2) sequentially adding the foaming agent, the crosslinking agent and the expandable graphite into a stirring tank, and uniformly stirring; (3) adding the flame retardant and the leveling agent while stirring, and uniformly stirring; and (4) sequentially adding the thickener and the water, and stirring to obtain the uniform flame-retardant back glue. The flame-retardant back glue disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good flame-retardant effect, high safety performance, simple preparation process, economy, environmental friendliness and no generation of flue gas and poison gas.
