Embodiment 1

[0036] A method for fast dyeing of polyester textiles, said method comprising the following steps:

[0037] Step 1: Preparation of dyeing paste

[0038] Mix disperse dyes, penetrants, dispersants and swelling agents in alcoholic organic solvents in proportion, stir mechanically, and slowly add polyvinyl butyral during stirring until the polyvinyl butyral is fully dissolved to obtain dyeing paste ;

[0039] Step 2: Dyeing Polyester Textiles

[0040] Placing the polyester textile in the dyeing paste prepared in step 1;

[0041] Step 3: Shaping of Polyester Textiles

[0042] The polyester textile dyed in step 2 is placed in a water bath to form a film and then baked at a high temperature;

[0043]Step 4: Postprocessing

[0044] Washing the polyester textiles shaped in step 3 in an alcoholic organic solvent until the polyvinyl butyral film on the surface of the polyester textiles is dissolved to obtain a finished dyed product.

[0045] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly dyeing polyester textiles, and belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing. The method for quickly dyeing the polyester textiles includes the following steps: step 1, dissolving disperse dye macromolecular polyvinyl butyral, penetrants, dispersants and expansion agents in an alcohol organic solvent to obtain mixed dyeing size; step 2,padding the polyester textiles in the mixed dyeing size; step 3, subjecting the polyester textiles to film formation and shaping in water bath, and performing high-temperature baking; step 4, washingthe polyester textiles in the alcohol organic solvent until the polyvinyl butyral on the surfaces of the polyester textiles is dissolved to obtain dyed finished products. The method has the advantages that the polyvinyl butyral serves as a carrier of disperse dye, so that the dispersion stability is high, poison and harm are avoided, and safety, energy conservation, cleanness and environmental protection are realized; the dyeing method has a short process and a high dyeing speed, damage to polyester fibers after dyeing is small, water for film formation and shaping can be recycled, and energyconservation and emission reduction are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a method for quickly dyeing polyester textiles. Background technique [0002] Polyester fiber is widely used in various textiles and clothing fabrics due to its high strength, good resilience, excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and excellent wrinkle resistance. However, it is a hydrophobic fiber with a tight structure, neat molecular arrangement, many crystallization areas, low polarity, lack of hydrophilicity, low swelling degree in water, and no specific dyeing group, resulting in polyester fiber not being as good as cotton Fibers can swell in water to increase the intermolecular gap, or combine with dyes through active groups, which brings certain difficulties to dyeing. At present, the main dyeing methods are high-temperature and high-pressure method (120-130° C.) and hot-melt dyeing method (180-220° C.), but these two methods all have...
