The invention discloses a bus IC card online transaction method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: reading the information of a bus IC card when thebus IC card is detected; generating a transaction application according to the information of the bus IC card, and sending the transaction application to a server; receiving a transaction key and transaction process data issued by the server; wherein the transaction key is acquired by the server from the bus IC card sender; generating a transaction instruction according to the transaction processdata and the transaction key; sending a transaction instruction to the bus IC card, and verifying a transaction result fed back by the bus IC card; and when the transaction result is that the transaction is successful, outputting an unlocking command to the vehicle lock control unit to unlock the vehicle lock. According to the scheme, the time for unlocking the shared bicycle by using the bus ICcard can be shortened, and the unlocking success rate is improved.
