Problems solved by technology

Many methods have been developed to remove PCP, such as adsorption, oxidation, microbial degradation, etc. Due to its water solubility, they cannot be effectively removed by the above traditional physical and chemical methods, so adsorption is considered to be a relatively effective removal PCP method

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a hemicellulose-based composite temperature-sensitive gel. The method comprises the following steps: grinding air-dried bagasse, and conducting sievingto obtain a bagasse powder raw material, dissolving out hemicellulose in the bagasse htrough an alkali-assisted hot water extraction method, then, conducting graft copolymerization reaction on N-isopropylacrylamide and propyl acrylate by using an aqueous solution micelle polymerization method, then adding the hemicellulose, carrying out crosslinking on an obtained copolymer and the hemicellulose by using N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, and carrying out cutting, cleaning and cold drying on a product to obtain the poly N-isopropylacrylamide grafted propyl acrylate / hemicellulose temperature-sensitive composite gel. The gel prepared by the method has relatively high adsorption capacity on pentachlorophenol in organic wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing temperature-sensitive gel by compounding poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) graft-copolymerized propylene acrylate and hemicellulose, and belongs to the technical field of polymer composite modified materials. Background technique [0002] Plant fiber material contains about 15-35% hemicellulose, and most of the hemicellulose is removed in the pulping stage and remains in the waste liquor. The heat value of hemicellulose is 13.6 MJ / kg, which is half of that of lignin. The kraft cooking process in the modern pulp and paper industry usually burns hemicellulose in waste liquor to produce steam for production. This method of treating hemicellulose has not fully exploited the properties of this type of polysaccharide, which is a great waste of resources. At present, fossil resources are almost exhausted, so the effective utilization of natural polymers, such as hemicellulose, is particularly important. Existing me...
