The sample cell has advantages of simple design, compact structure, flexible usage, and small occupied space and is suitable for being arranged in the light path of the instrument. The sample cell is suitable for optical measurement on micro samples because of the small limited sample receiving space. The sample cell having good sealing and anti-corrosion performances is suitable for measurement of volatile and highly corrosive samples. With the sample cell, all samples can flow stably in the limited receiving space without aliquid stationary zone, thereby avoiding or reducing signal noises caused by sample turbulences. Since the rotor employs the structural design of polytetrafluoroethylene coating, the rotor is protected from being corroded by the sample and the sample pollution by the rotor is also avoided.
