The model is based on an alliance chain and a relay chain (Relay-Chain), wherein each node in the model comprises a roadside infrastructure unit (RSU) and a vehicle unit (Onboard Unit), and each node in the model participates in the road side infrastructure unit (RSU) and the vehicle unit (RSU). By designingattribute access strategy matching between the nodes, unnecessary block generation is reduced, and the block chain overhead is reduced.
