Abstract

The invention discloses a photopolymerization monomer containing an active amine structure, and relates to the field of polymer material synthesis. The photopolymerization monomer is proposed based onthe problem that an initiator in an existing photocuring system is easy to migrate from a cured coating, and the photopolymerization monomer has the following chemical structural formula: (as described in the specification). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the photopolymerization monomer, which comprises the following steps: (1) reaction of glycidyl methacrylate and acrylic acid in the presence of a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor; (2) dripping of secondary amine; and (3) purification of reaction products. The preparation method provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the reaction process is simple, the process conditions are easy to control, and an amine structure is introduced into a polymerization system, so that certain oxygen resistance and polymerization inhibition performance can be obtained, thereby obtaining better surface curing performance, avoiding migration of small molecular compounds, and preventing adverse effects onthe photocuring system.
