Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) a drill bit basal body, a cutter, a weldingwire and a flux are prepared; (2) sand is blasted to the drill bit basal body and the cutter; and then, the welding wire, the drill bit basal body and the cutter are cleaned by using anhydrous ethanol; (3) the cutter and the drill bit basal body are assembled; (4) welding nozzle parameters for brass brazing are set to obtain brazing flame; (5) the drill bit basal body and the cutter assembled in the step (3) are preheated according to the brazing flame in the step (4); (6) the cutter and the drill bit basal body preheated in the step (5) are welded; (7) the cutter and the drill bit basal bodywelded in the step (6) are insulated; and (8) the nondestructive detection is performed on the cutter and the drill bit basal body insulated in the step (7).
