Abstract

The method comprises the steps of sampling PPG data in a mode of a sliding window to obtain a waveform sample valueat a preset moment; dividing the waveform sample value to obtain N effective heartbeat waveforms at the preset moment, wherein N is a positive integer; inputting each heartbeat waveform to a trainedmachine learning model to obtain a psychological stress value corresponding to each heartbeat waveform; obtaining the psychological stress value at the preset moment according to the N psychological stress values. Compared with the prior art, the psychological stress monitoring method, device and system have the advantage that the psychological stress value at the preset moment through the machinelearning model is higher in accuracy.
