Abstract

The electric vehicle thermal management system is characterized in that the first end of a compressor in the system is connected to an exterior heat exchanger through a reversing valve, and a stop valve is arranged on a connecting passage with the exterior heat exchanger; the second end of the compressor is connected to a battery heat exchanger through the reversing valve, and a stop valve is arranged on the connecting passage; the exterior heat exchanger is connected with an electric heater and a heat exchanger in turn; the heat exchanger is connected to the battery heat exchanger through an expansion valve, and the heat exchanger is in parallel connection with a power system liquid cooling loop through a three-way valve; the system realizes thermal management of the battery by controlling the reversing valve, each stop valve and each expansion valve; and in the thermal management process, the exterior heat exchanger is heated by controlling the three-way valve and/or the electric heater when the exterior heat exchanger is required tobe heated.
