The polyester composition is prepared from, by weight, 40-70 parts of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) resin, 10-25 parts of bio-based materials, 15-30 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of flexibilizers, 1-5 parts of crystallization promoting master batches, 0.1-1 part of antioxidants and 0.1-1 part of lubricants. Compared with the prior art, the prepared polyester composition has the advantages that PBT melt of sorbitol is drawn, so that the sorbitol forms a highly oriented fibrous structure. By the aid of the melting point difference of the sorbitol and PBT, the PBT is crystallized along the fibrous sorbitol during crystallization to form a shish-kebab structure, the problem of impact reduction caused by introduction of the bio-based materials is solved, impact property is improved, and the problem of rigidity reduction caused by the bio-based materials is solved by introducingthe talcum powder.
