Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of flocculants, and particularly relates to a composite flocculant for sludge treatment. The composite flocculant consists of the following components in parts by weight: 1-25 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 1-20 parts of polymeric ferric sulfate, 1-10 parts of caffeic acid, 1-20 parts of polymeric ferric chloride, 10-30 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5-15 parts of bentonite and 1-5 parts of sodium carbonate. The composite flocculant has the beneficial effects: 1, when the composite flocculant prepared provided by the invention is used for sewage treatment, the water content of sludge subjected to flocculation is low to 69.1%, the volume of sewage is greatly reduced, and processing cost of subsequent processes is reduced; and2. after flocculation by using the composite flocculant provided by the invention is completed, the composite flocculant can be recycled through simple drying and grinding treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of flocculants, and in particular relates to a composite flocculant for sludge treatment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, the rapid acceleration of urbanization has led to a gradual increase in urban water consumption, followed by a great increase in the amount of domestic sewage pollution treatment, and the amount of sludge has also increased. The common method before mud dewatering is flocculation and sedimentation. [0003] The currently used flocculants include natural flocculants and polymeric flocculants. Regardless of whether it is a natural flocculant or a polymeric flocculant, the flocculation time is longer, the turbidity is higher, and the moisture content of the sludge after flocculation is higher. Contents of the invention [0004] In order to solve the above problems, the purpose of the present invent...
