Abstract

By adding organic phase in mixing process, suspension stability of a suspension can be effectively enhanced; so that, the prepared microspheres can be used as an internal support material used for injection for the microspheres are uniform in size distribution and larger in particle size compared with microspheres prepared by conventional spray-drying methods.
