Problems solved by technology

The reason is that if the design of the controller does not consider the restrictions on input and output, it is very likely to reach a saturated state and cannot be changed, thereby deteriorating the system control performance and even affecting the stability of the entire system

Embodiment

[0156] The invention takes the injection molding process as a representative to carry out the experiment of the batch process with uncertain disturbance and state time lag. The injection molding process is a typical batch process, which mainly includes three stages: injection stage, pressure holding stage and cooling stage. In the pressure holding stage, the key variable is the cavity pressure, which must be controlled according to the pre-set trajectory to ensure the quality of the product. Changes in working conditions such as molds, materials, and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic actuators will make the pressure-holding stage an intermittent process with uncertain disturbances. In the pressure-holding stage, traditional iterative learning controllers (hereinafter referred to as ILCs) such as P-type ILCs are not applicable. On the other hand, when using slow pressure valves, the control performance tends to be poor. Pure feedback control, such as proportional-integral-...

Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the advanced control field of the industrial process, provides a 2D input-output constraint control method for intermittent process with reliance on time delay. The method comprises the following steps: step one, for a single stage in the batch process, establishing a two-dimensional system model with a state time lag based on a state space model of a controlled object; and step two, for a two-dimensional closed-loop system model constructed in a step 1.3, designing an iterative learning prediction controller. The method has the following advantages that: the tracking error value is small and the convergence speed is fast; rapid convergence to the stable state is realized within about ten batches; the curve of the tracking error after stable state reaching becomes smooth and the smoothness is close to zero error; a set reference track is tracked within short time; the change rate is obvious larger than that of the traditional one-dimensional method; andwhen the system has a sudden change, the curve reaction becomes sensitive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of advanced control of industrial processes, and relates to a 2D input-output constraint control method for a time-delay-dependent intermittent process. Background technique [0002] Batch process is an industrial production process that uses one or more equipment to process given raw materials into products within a specified time according to specified production requirements and fixed processing procedures. In recent years, with the development and research of products in the fields of fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and metal processing, batch processes have attracted extensive attention from industry and academia. [0003] Time lag exists and is unavoidable in the intermittent process, and time lag can be roughly divided into input time lag, output time lag and state time lag. The existence of time lag will have a serious impact on the stability of the system, will lag the response speed of the system, incre...
