Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction method of coriolus versicolor beta-glucan peptide and application of the coriolus versicolor beta-glucan peptide to obesity or related diseases. The extraction method comprises the following steps: washing coriolus versicolor sporophore or spore powder and drying; extracting for 3 times by utilizing water at 100 DEG C, wherein the water which is added for thefirst time is 15 times of coriolus versicolor and the water which is added for the second time is 10 times of the coriolus versicolor; combining extracting solutions of two times; concentrating and adding ethanol to carry out alcohol precipitation; when the alcohol precipitation is carried out for 24 h, filtering and collecting sediment; centrifuging, freezing and drying sediment to obtain a coriolus versicolor polysaccharide crude product; eluting the coriolus versicolor polysaccharide crude product through water, a sodium chloride water solution and the sodium chloride water solution in sequence on a DEAE-Sepharose-fast-flow column; tracking an elution curve by utilizing a sulfuric acid-phenol method, and collecting effective parts obtained by eluting through the sodium chloride water solution and the sodium chloride water solution respectively; concentrating, dialyzing, concentrating and freeze-drying effective partscomponents which are the effective parts components collected and eluted according to the elution curve, so as to obtain a series of beta-glucan peptide. The polysaccharide peptide has the effect of alleviating or controlling the obesity or the related diseases.
