Abstract

The invention discloses a method for artificial culture of selenium-enriched nostoc sphaeroides. The method comprises the steps: (1) preparation of a culture solution: preparing the culture solution from sodium bicarbonate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, citric acid, ferric ammonium citrate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, boric acid, manganese chloride, zinc sulfate, sodium molybdate, copper sulfate and cobalt nitrate in a certain ratio; (2) stabilization of the culture solution: placing an ultrasonic plate in the culture solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, then, carrying out pressurizing, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment; (3) activation of stock seeds: inoculating the culture solution with nostoc sphaeroides inocula, and introducing pure CO2 for culture, so as to obtainan activated inoculum solution of the nostoc sphaeroides; (4) inoculated culture: weighing the activated inoculum solution of the nostoc sphaeroides, controlling intensity of illumination during culture, and carrying out illumination offering according to natural daytime for culture; (5) selenium-enriching culture: after culture, adding sodium selenite, and carrying out culture under the conditionof natural light; and (6) harvesting: carrying out filtering, taking out nostoc sphaeroides, and carrying out ultrasonic cleaning with ultrapure water, thereby obtaining the selenium-enriched nostocsphaeroides.
