The process comprises the steps that a certain quantity of the plugging agent used for adjustment of the water absorption section of the immovable string of the water injection well is injected into atarget layer of the water injection well to temporarily or permanently plug a high-permeability preferential migration passage partially or totally at first; and after the high-permeability preferential migration passage is plugged, chelating acid liquid is injected into the water injection well online to realize acidification transformation of a low-permeability or stratum polluted segment.
