Abstract

The pipeline coating is prepared from MOFs, vermiculite, an organic solvent and a bonding agent. The preparation method of the pipeline coating comprises the steps of dissolving the MOFs powder in the organic solvent to obtain a settled solution; adding vermiculite powder into the settled solution to obtain suspension liquid; adding the bonding agent into the suspension liquid and conducting spray granulation to obtain powder; spraying the powder onto the surface of a pipeline through a plasma spraying method to form the pipeline coating. The connection strength of the coating and metal is reinforced through powerful chemical bonds formed between the MOFs and the metal, and the phenomenon of powder stripping of the coating is avoided. As the MOFs is formed by arranging long-rage ordered crystal grains in microstructure, the pipeline coatinghas the good compactness, and the problem of cracking of the coating is solved. Meanwhile, through combination with the vermiculite, the pipeline coating can release crystal water contained in vermiculite layers when heated, thereby achieving the fire prevention effect.
