Abstract

The invention discloses a high-performance high-adhesion adhesive for a PVC inflatable boat. The high-performance high-adhesion adhesive is prepared from a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A consists of toluene, ethanol, petroleum ether, water, HM-828, tackifying resin, a thickening agent, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, lauric acid, phthalic acid, glycerol,ethylene glycol, trimethylolpropane and ethyl acetate; the component B consists of cottonseed oil, isophorone diisocyanate, unsaturated polyester and ethyl acetate; and the component C consists of starch-vinyl acetate cross-linked graft copolymer, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane and ethyl acetate. The adhesive prepared by using a treatment process of the invention has high bonding strength, short curing time, fast film formation speed, high heat sealing strength, extensive purposes, excellent performance and high bonding strength, does not crack when cooked at high-temperature, andis resistant to acid, alkali, oil and salt, free of metal ions and simple in preparation process; since renewable raw materials are utilized, the adhesive is beneficial for environmental protection;and the adhesive is applicable to bonding of PVC inflatable boats.
