The digital asset offline payment method comprises: allowing a payment end to generate a corresponding UTXO consumption record according to an offline payment instruction and a local UTXO while the payment end receives the offline payment instruction; sending the UTXO consumption record to a collection end; updating the UTXO according to the UTXO consumption record while the confirmation information returned by the payment end is received, obtaining a secondary UTXO, and storing the UTXO consumption record in a to-be-processed information library; and synchronizing the UTXO consumption record in the to-be-processed information library to a transaction server to update a personal digital asset account of the payment endwhile the transaction server is connected successfully.
