By means of the method, attribute parameters of the revolving body, suchas the sectional area, the mass, the gravity centre axial position, the polar rotational inertia and the diameter rotational inertia, are calculated rapidly and accurately according to information ofthe revolving body, such as the sectional view and the material density. According to the method, after the CAD drawing of the pre-processed section of the revolving body is imported, starting pointsof various line segments on the section boundary are sequentially extracted in the counter-clockwise direction; a section boundary node coordinate set is obtained; and thus, various attribute parameters are calculated according to a formula obtained by derivation. According to the method in the invention, the two-dimensional surface integral and the three-dimensional volume integral of the revolving body can be converted into one-dimensional line integrals; the integral difficulty due to the irregular shape of the revolving body and the like can be avoided; calculation is relatively rapid; furthermore, only section boundary information is needed; precision loss of pixelated subdivision is avoided; and calculation is relatively precise.
