Abstract

The invention discloses a novel near-infrared two-zone organic small-molecule fluorescent probe and includes a concrete structure, a preparation and application. The main component of the novel near-infrared two-zone organic small-molecule fluorescent probe is a diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) derivative; and nano-particles with good water solubility, biocompatibility and targeting are prepared furtherwith a nanometer coprecipitation method, have excellent near-infrared two-zone fluorescence imaging and photoacoustic imaging abilities as well as photodynamic and photothermal conversion propertiesand can be used for tumor targeted photothermal and photodynamic combination therapy under the guidance of near-infrared two-zone fluorescence imaging, photoacoustic imaging, so that the therapeutic effect is remarkably improved; in addition, based on photodynamics therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT), the toxic and side effects and the tumor drug resistance to normal tissues can be prevented and lowered; and the novel near-infrared two-zone organic small-molecule fluorescent probe is excellent in imaging effect, small in toxic and side effects and remarkable in curative effect and hasa relatively good clinical application prospect as a novel imaging probe and a tumor targeted combination therapy reagent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a small-molecule fluorescent probe, in particular to the preparation and application of a novel near-infrared second-zone organic small-molecule fluorescent probe, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical engineering. Background technique [0002] Cancer has become one of the major diseases that threaten human life, so it is of great significance to develop new and effective diagnostic reagents for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. [0003] Compared with common imaging techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging, tomographic imaging, and X-ray imaging, fluorescence imaging is widely used in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences due to its non-invasive, real-time, and high-resolution advantages. [0004] In recent years, near-infrared II region (NIR-II, 1000-1700nm) fluorescence imaging technology has received widespread attention. Due to the long emission wavelength of this band, the light scattering and ...
