Embodiments of the invention provide a load balancing method, a load balancing device, electronic equipment, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring load information of each service nodein a service system; determining the current load weight of each service node by using the load information of each service node based on a preset equalization algorithm; backing the current routingdata of the routing table up to a preset location; updating the routing data in the preset location according to the load weight of each service node to obtain the updated routing data; and configuring the updated routing data as the current routing data of the routing table. The load balancing method provided by the embodiments of the invention uses the load information of each service node to determine the current load weight of each service node, and may configure the load of each service node, which is more reasonable, according to the real-time load information of each service node, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the service system.
