A pH value of incoming water in a stainless steel water tank is regulated to 6.5-8.0, the raw water passes a multimedium filtration system through a pressure device to remove suspended solids and colloids in water; the primarily filtered raw water is fed into an efficient biofilm system, the system conducts fine treatment, and then produced water is fed into a pure water storage tank; an ultraviolet sterilization system is arranged before a water use point and used for removing bacteria passing through apipeline, and the water quality at the water use point is maintained; an online chemical cleaning system is used for cleaning the filtration system, the film system and the storage tank; a chemical cleaning agent is stored in a cleaning water tank, is pressurized by a dosage pump and then is fed into a cleaning agent filter, and a filtered cleaning agent is used for conducting sterilization and cleaning on the multimedium filtration system, the efficient biofilm system and the storage system.
