Furthermore the three-layer three-bending hole nanofilm has a single-layer chiral structure. The cross section of the nonometer unit is a square. The nanometer unit is provided with a three-bending hole which has a chiral characteristic. Furthermore the length direction of the three-bendinghole is parallel with the side of the square. The preparation method of the single-layer three-bending hole nanofilm comprises steps of baking after glue application, baking after image development and image fixation, performing vacuum coating, and performing air drying after soliquid generation. Compared with an existing preparation method for a three-layer or two-layer nanofilm, the preparationmethod realizes simpler preparation. Furthermore the single-layer three-bending hole nanofilm realizes strong absorbing circular dichroism.
