Problems solved by technology

However, since the impregnated matrix resin binds the reinforcing fibers in the prepreg, sufficient deformability cannot be obtained for fine irregularities and complicated three-dimensional shapes.
This leads to wrinkling, which adversely affects the mechanical properties
[0005] Furthermore, in the molding of aircraft components using this prepreg, expensive autoclave equipment is usually used

Embodiment

[0193] Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention in detail, this invention is not limited to this.

[0194] First, evaluation of formability, shape stability, and fiber-reinforced resin molded article of the reinforced fiber laminated sheet is shown below.

[0195] Regarding the shapeability of the reinforcing fiber laminated sheet, evaluation was performed by the following three types of shapes, that is, for a simple element mold (a shape obtained by cutting an ellipsoidal shape along the horizontal direction) ( Figure 7 ), to the model shape mold 1 (imitating the shape of the Z-shaped stringer used in the structure of the skin (skin) and stringer (stringer) of the aircraft) ( Figure 8 ), and to the model shape mold 2 (to imitate the shape of the trunk lid of a car) ( Figure 9 ) of the endowment. The evaluation criteria for the formability of the reinforcing fiber laminated sheet are shown below.

[0210] [Reference Example 1] Reinforcing Fiber Bundle 1

[0211] Carbon fibers "Torayca" T700SC (number of single yarns: 24,000) manufactured by Toray Co., Ltd. were opened so as to have a width of 25 mm by an opener equipped with an opener roll. Next, a bisphenol A type epoxy resin (XB3366 manufactured by Huntsman Co., Ltd. XB3366, T g : 80°C) to form a fixed material. Furthermore, the carbon fiber to which the fixing material was adhered was heated at 200° C. in a heating device to melt a part of the fixing material so that the fixing material would not come off in the subsequent process, thereby obtaining the reinforcing fiber bundle 1 .

Abstract

The present invention provides a reinforced fiber sheet exhibiting a stable shape and favorable bulking properties, a method for manufacturing same, and a fiber-reinforced resin molded body. The reinforced fiber sheet according to the present invention comprises a plurality of reinforced fiber bundles that are arranged in one direction, wherein first and second reinforced fiber bundle layers, in which there is no direct binding force between reinforced fiber bundles within a layer, are disposed so as to have mutually distinct fiber orientations, and are integrally formed by being fastened together using fastening elements, satisfying conditions (i) and (ii). (i) Fastening surfaces of the first and second reinforced fiber bundle layers have fastening sections that include at least one fastening element, and an average surface area S1 of 100 mm2. (ii) In the fastening sections, the surface area ratio of the fastening elements to the fastening section is 0.1% to 80%, inclusive.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced laminated sheet, a fiber-reinforced resin molded article comprising the fiber-reinforced laminated sheet and a matrix resin, and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced laminated sheet. Background technique [0002] Fiber reinforced plastic (Fiber Reinforced Plastic: FRP) and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic: CFRP) in which carbon fibers are used are lightweight and have excellent mechanical properties such as strength and rigidity. Therefore, taking advantage of its characteristics, applications to transportation equipment such as aerospace and automobiles, sports applications, and industrial applications have been developed in recent years. [0003] As typical manufacturing methods of FRP, autoclave molding method, resin transfer molding (RTM) method, and vacuum injection molding (VaRTM) method are known. Hitherto, autoclave molding using prepregs has been used i...
