Embodiment 1
[0029] Example 1 Detection of the preparation method of a sandwich-type nucleic acid aptamer sensor based on Cu-MOFs as a signal probe
[0030] (1) Preparation of AuNPs / Cu-MOFs: 3.6mmol trimesic acid was dissolved in 12mL methanol under ultrasonic conditions, and 2.0mmol CuSO 4 ·3H 2 O dissolved in 12 mL H 2 O, then CuSO 4 ·3H 2 O solution was added dropwise into the above trimesic acid solution. Next, the mixture was allowed to stand at room temperature for 2 hours to produce a blue precipitate. Finally, the precipitate was repeatedly washed with water and methanol by centrifugation, and dried in vacuum overnight to obtain Cu-MOFs. Then, 50 mg of Cu-MOFs powder was added to 15 mL of AuNPs (15 nm) solution prepared by citrate reduction method and stirred continuously at room temperature for 48 h, resulting in a purple precipitate, AuNPs / Cu-MOFs, visible to the naked eye. Finally, the precipitate was washed repeatedly with ethanol and water, and dried in vacuum.
