The method comprises the following steps: a uniform authentication server receives a sign-off request from a user to log out session of theuser so as to sign-off the user; a service system client sends a user logging status requiring request to the uniform authentication server at preset intervals to acquire the logging status of the user and the uniform authentication server returns the logging status of the user to the service system client; the service system client sends a sign-off request to the service system when judging the logging status of the user is sign-off; and the service system logs out the session of the user to sign off according to the sign-off request from the service system client. The method and system provided by the invention can achieve more convenient and simpler single sign-off, and do not increase the integrated single sign-off difficulty and performance burden of the service system server.
