[0108] Methods: 6-8 week old C57BL / 6 female mice (60PFU / mice) were infected with influenza virus PR8 strain by intranasal instillation. While infected with the virus ( figure 2 A) or 30 minutes after infection ( figure 2 B) Nasal instillation of 30 μl AIS (5 mg / ml). Mice were weighed for 15 consecutive days after infection.
