Abstract

The invention discloses an azo dye coupling reaction continuous production method and an azo dye coupling reaction continuous production device. The method includes the steps of: 1) according to certain ratio, adding a coupling component, water and an additive into a storage tank, and adding a diazo component to another storage tank; 2) according to certain ratio, respectively feeding the couplingcomponent and the diazo component, after heat exchange through a heat exchanger, into a liquid-liquid mixing reactor through pumps, and after the reactants are fully mixed and reacted, feeding the reactants into a first column reactor to perform further reaction; 3) continuously pumping a reaction material liquid into a second column reactor to perform heating crystal transformation; 4) after thecrystal transformation, continuously outputting the material liquid to a filter pressing unit through a pump. In the method, the liquid-liquid mixing reactor is a key factor of the coupling reaction,wherein through special design, reaction speed between the coupling component and the diazo component is greatly increased, meanwhile reaction heat is removed timely.
