The air-heating ice preventing device comprises a condenser, an air sending pipeline and an air guiding pipeline; the air sending pipeline is connected with the condenser and is used for sending hot exhaust air of the condenser into a fan hub and an engine cabin; and the air guiding pipelineis arranged at the fan hub and is used for guiding the hot air at the fan hub into the fan blade. The expansion pipe ice removing device comprises a plurality of expansion pipes which are distributedon the fan blade and are connected in parallel with one another. The electric heating ice removing device comprises a plurality of resistor wires which are distributed on the fan blade and are connected in parallel with one another. The layer ice removing device comprises a hydrophobic coating which is arranged on the fan blade.
