Abstract

By means of an induction coil, the temperatures, except a molten pool, on the surfaces of formed parts are kept consistent; an infrared single-color pyrometer is fixed to a sprayer through a rotatable clamp, and the infrared single-color pyrometer is driven tochange through the movement of the sprayer. Through experiments, the infrared single-color pyrometer generates large fluctuation through a defective method, principal component analysis is carried out on fluctuation curves, main factors influencing defects are obtained, clustering analysis is carried out on the main factors, and corresponding defect types are obtained. After the defect types areknown, defect positioning coordinates are found according to the distance between sprayers in a scanning path.
