Problems solved by technology

However, the current research on porous cement concrete is still in its infancy in terms of runoff water pollution purification performance and impact rules. It is whether the leaching solution of porous cement concrete itself will precipitate toxic substances, but there is little research

[0028]

[0029] A preparation method of porous cement concrete leachate, it comprises the steps:

[0030] (1) After curing the porous cement concrete sample block for 28-30 days, immerse it in pure water with a pH value of 7.0-7.3;

[0031] (2), every interval 1h, and detect the pH value of the reaction system of step (1) with pH meter;

[0032] (3) After the pH value of the reaction system is stabilized, the porous cement concrete sample block is taken out to obtain a porous cement concrete leaching solution.

[0033] Wherein, in step (1), the curing time can be 28-30 days, preferably 28 days.

[0034] The curing process is as follows: after the porous cement concrete sample block is formed, it is placed in a standard curing box for curing on the first day, and then it is taken out and continued to be cured by sprinkling water.

[0035] In step (2), the total detection time can be 24-96h, preferably 48h.

Embodiment

[0056] The detection method of the biotoxicity of the porous cement concrete leachate of the present embodiment comprises the steps:

[0057](1), after curing the porous cement concrete sample block for 28 days, immerse it in pure water with a pH value of 7.0;

[0058] (2), every interval 1h, and detect the pH value of the reaction system of step (1) with pH meter;

[0059] (3), after the pH value of the reaction system is stabilized, the porous cement concrete sample block is taken out to obtain the porous cement concrete leaching solution;

[0060] (4), the pH value of porous cement concrete leaching solution is diluted to 7.0 with hydrogen chloride solution;

[0061] (5), cultivating zebrafish juveniles to 5dpf;

[0062] (6), then divide the 60ml porous cement concrete leaching solution into three parts on average, add 20 zebrafish juveniles to each part and place them in a quartz petri dish as an experimental group; meanwhile, place 20ml of standard buffer solution in a ...

Abstract

The invention provides a porous cement concrete leachate and a preparation method thereof, and a method for detecting the biological toxicity of the leachate. The preparation method of the leachate comprises: immersing a porous cement concrete sample block in pure water with a neutral pH value after curing; detecting the pH value of the reaction system every a certain time; and after the pH valueis stabilized, takigng out the porous cement concrete sample block to obtain the leachate. The detection method comprises: respectively placing juvenile zebrafishes in the porous cement concrete leachate and a standard buffer liquid, culturing for 0-96 h, and determining the toxicity condition of the leachate. According to the present invention, the detection method has advantages of practical significance, strong theoreticality, simple operation, strong adaptability and the like, can be used for judging whether various porous cement concretes have characteristics of environmental protection and biocompatibility, and the leachates can be directly recycled and affect the ecological environment in the nearby drainage basin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cement concrete and rainwater pollution, and in particular relates to a porous cement concrete leaching solution, a preparation method thereof and a biotoxicity detection method of the leaching solution. Background technique [0002] At present, the global water resources are scarce, the environment is deteriorating, and the demand for ecological civilization construction is increasing. Therefore, research on the water purification of green and environmentally friendly porous pavement materials can make porous pavements effectively save water resources, ecologically sustainable, and protect the environment. Protection etc. play a role. Porous cement concrete is composed of cement, water, permeable concrete reinforcing agent (cementing material) mixed with high-quality single particle size or discontinuously graded aggregate, and is a mixed material with a certain porosity. This pavement typically has 15‐...
