Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass material preparation and provides a method for preparing wood ceramics from epoxy resin and industrial alkali lignin. Absolute ethyl alcohol serves as a diluent and a dispersing agent to completely disperse industrial alkali lignin and a high-temperature latent curing agent into an epoxy resin system so as to obtain the wood ceramics throughhigh-temperature curing and calcining. By adoption of the low-cost industrial alkali lignin as a raw material, the problem of high-value application of lignin can be solved while epoxy resin curing ispromoted, curing agent consumption is reduced, and accordingly production cost is reduced. By adoption of the high-temperature latent curing agent, a long normal-temperature applicable life of the resin system is realized, adaptability to high stirring temperature is realized, and process performances are further improved.
