The water pollution control acid-alkali neutralizing device has the advantages that, by means of the pH detecting probe mounted inside the filtering detecting pool, a water pollution control device candetect pH of water in real time to facilitate management and treatment; by means of the alkali tank, the acid tank, the neutralizing pool and the rotary control tank, the pH detecting probe can transmit detecting results to a PLC (programmable logic controller) inside the rotary control tank, and according to detecting signals, a water outlet hole can rotate to a corresponding processing pipe connected with a corresponding connecting pipe, so that treatment can be facilitated.
