A preparation method for the pseudo-ginseng extract comprises the following steps: adding 70% ethanol into the medicinal material pseudo-ginseng, carrying out extraction for 2 h, and then carrying out cooling; carrying out filtering and recovering ethanol from the obtained filtrate; and then successively carrying out pressure-reduced concentration, drying and crushing so as to obtain the pseudo-ginseng extract.
