Abstract

The invention provides an array amplifier based on frequency detection. The array amplifier comprises a plurality of sub-amplifiers corresponding to a plurality of sub-detectors in the array detectorone by one, wherein each sub-amplifier comprises an LC feedback resonant structure used for selecting a signal of specific frequency from the received signals, thus allowing the frequency of the signal selected by each sub-amplifier to be different from that of the signal selected by another adjacent sub-amplifier. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, improvement is performed on an amplifier circuit, the frequencies to be detected of electrical signals output by the sub-amplifiers in the array amplifier are not accordant, the mutual interference among the sub-amplifiersis avoided, the data processing difficulty is reduced, and the independent detection of each sub-detector and the sub-amplifier is achieved from the function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of amplifiers, in particular to an array amplifier based on frequency detection. Background technique [0002] The current array amplifiers are densely arranged, and the output signals of each amplifier have the same frequency. In this way, during frequency detection, the frequency signal of a certain detector will radiate out, causing interference to the surrounding detectors, so that the surrounding detectors cannot realize independent detection functions. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to avoid crosstalk between array amplifiers during frequency detection, the present invention provides an array amplifier based on frequency detection. [0004] In the array amplifier based on frequency detection provided by the present invention, the array amplifier includes several sub-amplifiers, and the several sub-amplifiers correspond to the several sub-detectors in the array detector one by one, and all of the ...
