Embodiment 1

[0033] The establishment of the near-infrared spectroscopic determination method of rutin content in the processed product of Sophorae japonica of embodiment 1

[0034] 1. Collection of samples: Sophora japonica L. processed products were collected from the market, and all were identified by Lin Jinfeng, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Drug Control, as dried flowers of Sophora japonica L., a leguminous plant. There are 99 batches of Sophora japonica processed products, including 35 batches of raw products, 36 batches of fried products, and 28 batches of charcoal products. Samples were purchased from Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shenzhen and other places, and the places of origin include Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Tianjin, Anhui, Beijing and other places.

[0035] 2. Determination of reference value of rutin content: Determination of rutin content in Sophora japonica processed products by high performance liquid chromatography, acco...

Embodiment 2

[0051] Verification of the near-infrared spectroscopy method of rutin content in Example 2 Sophora japonica processed products

[0052] 1. The precision, repeatability and stability of Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy

[0053] Precision (n=6) was done to the sample, and the RSD value of precision model prediction value was 1.36%; Repeatability experiment (n=6), the RSD value of repeatability model prediction value was 1.61%; Repeatability 5 days The RSD value of model prediction value is 1.22%. It shows that the method is stable and reliable.

[0054] 2. Verification of Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy method

[0055] The established quantitative calibration model was used to predict the remaining 14 batches of Sophora japonica samples (5 batches of raw products, 6 batches of roasted products, and 3 batches of charcoal products) that did not participate in the modeling. The absolute deviation between the model prediction value and the reference value ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly determining a rutin content in a flos sophorae processed product through near infrared spectrum. The method comprises the following steps of S1, acquiring spectroscopic data; S2, determining a reference value; S3, determining a characteristic spectrum band: removing a band influenced by temperature, humidity and sample moisture, and combining a rutin reference substance near infrared spectrogram to determine a modeling band; S4, establishing a correction model: adopting a partial least squares method, standard normal variate and first derivative spectrophotometry as spectral pretreatment methods, and establishing the correction model through model evaluation parameters; S5, verifying the correction model: predicting flos sophorae samples which do not participate in modeling so as to verify the correction model; S6, determining a content of an unknown sample. Compared with HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), the near infrared spectroscopy is simple, fast, stable in model, and high in accuracy, and can be applied in predicting the rutin content in different flos sophorae processed products at the same time. The invention provides a new evaluation method for determining and checking the flos sophorae quality, and provides a scientific basis for quality supervision of flos sophorae processed products on the market.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of index component analysis of medicinal materials. More specifically, it relates to a method for rapidly determining the content of rutin in Sophora japonica processed products by near-infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Sophora japonica L. is the dried flower of the leguminous plant Sophora japonica L., which is mainly produced in Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Tianjin and other places. The taste is bitter and slightly cold. It has the effects of clearing liver and purging fire, clearing heat and cooling blood. It is clinically used for bloody dysentery, blood in the stool, vomiting blood, liver heat and red eyes. Sophora japonica mainly contains chemical components such as flavonoids, saponins and steroids, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, anti-fungal, anti-tumor, hemostasis, lowering blood lipids, and have the effects of reducing blood pressure and expanding the crown on the cardiovas...
