Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing technology of a novel engine cable harness shielded wire. The manufacturing technology comprises the followings steps: (1) welding two ends of a plurality of core wires onto connectors at certain intervals through pressure respectively; (2) coating the adjacent core wires with silver cladding thermoplastic fiber; (3) coating shielding sheets around the core wires in parallel to the core wires, wherein the shielding sheets are in the shapes of long stripes along the longitudinal directions of the core wires, and the shielding sheets are waved by copper fibers in a criss-cross manner and are in a screw shape on the outer side; (4) spirally winding a glass fiber belt inside a spiral groove on the outer side of the shielding sheets; and (5) coating single-arm heat shrink tubes on the shielding sheets, wherein the baked single-arm heat shrink tubes use the shielding sheets so that the core wires of the shielded wire are electrically connected with any core wire of other shielded wires. According to the shielded wire, the interference of electromagnetic waves or external signals can be effectively shielded, wires are saved in the connection of core materials, few metal nets are sheared, and the processing time is reduced.
