Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for controlling and promoting sludge granulation on the basis of magnetic calcium carbonate crystal forms, and belongs to the field of environment-friendly sewage treatment. The device comprises an anaerobic reactor, a magnetic water activator and a buffer tank, wherein organic matters in calcium-containing wastewater are decomposed into CO2 and CH4 by microorganisms in the anaerobic reactor; CO2 and Ca<2+> react to generate CaCO3 mineral; backflow liquid of the anaerobic reactor passes through the magnetic water activator at relatively high flow speed, so that CO3<2-> and Ca<2+> are magnetized; the crystallization process of the CaCO3 in the anaerobic reactor is controlled; the generation of unsteady phases of the CaCO3 and the formation of granule sludge taking the CaCO3 as a core are promoted; the effect of magnetic treatment on the CaCO3 mineral process control is improved by accelerating the speed of the backflow liquid passing through a magnetic field and the number of magnetic action times. The device and the method have the advantages that the phenomenon of reactor scaling can be inhibited through magnetic CaCO3 crystallization process control; meanwhile, the granule sludge formation is promoted through CaCO3 crystallization; the methane concentration and the treatment effect of high-calcium organic wastewater are improved; good economic benefits and application prospects are realized.
