Abstract

The invention relates to a novel blending spinning process. The method comprises the following steps of 1, measuring a maximum stretchable limit of nylon fiber filaments, namely a maximum exerted pressure value; 2, placing cotton fiber filaments and polyester fiber filaments into a water steaming tank to be steamed for 60-70 minutes, wherein the water temperature is 80-90 DEG C; 3, placing the cotton fiber filaments and the polyester fiber filaments which are processed in the step 2 in a natural state to be preshaped for 12-16 hours; 4, adopting a water-jet loom to conduct blending spinning on the cotton fiber filaments, the polyester fiber filaments and the nylon fiber filaments with the maximum pressure value in the step 1, wherein when traction is conducted on the cotton fiber filaments by the water-jet loom, a nozzle with the specification of 75-40 is adopted, when traction is conducted on the polyester fiber filaments by the water-jet loom, a nozzle with the specification of 75-40 is adopted, and when traction is conducted on the nylon fiber filaments, a nozzle with the specification of 45-20 is adopted.
