Abstract

The invention provides a primary air coal dust airflow gasification device of a boiler for ignition and stabilization of combustion of the boiler. The device comprises a cyclone separator, a Rafa mixer, a gasification reactor and a central tube arranged on the top of the cyclone separator. A first inlet tube and a second inlet tube are symmetrically formed in the upper portion of the cyclone separator tangentially and the second inlet tube communicates with the outlet of the gasification reactor; a straight tube which is arranged in the bottom of the cyclone separator communicates with a throat of the Rafa mixer; and one side of the outlet of the Rafa mixer communicates with the inlet of the gasification furnace through a connecting pipeline. The coal dust airflow is gasified before entering the boiler by means of an external energy source.
