Abstract

The system is characterized by comprising a normally-opened relay K0 and a bias resistor R connected in series between a positive bus of a cell and a chassis, a normally-opened relay K1 and a bias resistor R are connected in series between a negative bus of the cell and the chassis, one ADC sampling channel of an STM32 high performance single-chip microcomputer is used for acquiring a voltage value U0 between the positive bus of the cell and the chassis through a voltage reduction unit, and another ADC sampling channel of the STM32 high performance single-chip microcomputer is used for acquiring a voltage value U1 between the negative bus of the cell and the chassis through a polarity conversion unit and the voltage reduction unit. The invention further provides an insulation detection method based on the improved electric automobile power cell insulation detection system.
