The safety device is installed at the bottom of a ventilating shaft, parts like civil engineering structures do not need to be additionally arranged, installation is convenient, and cost is saved. When waterlogging happens in a city, as the road rainwater accumulation depth is increased, when the accumulated water height is larger than the height of the bottom of a window-shade installed in a comprehensive pipe gallery ventilating shaft and rainwater overflows and enters the comprehensive pipe gallery, the safety device will be automatically closed, the aim of preventing the comprehensive pipe gallery from water logging is achieved, and safety of the comprehensive pipe gallery is guaranteed.
