Problems solved by technology

Polylactic acid fibers can be prepared by the traditional melt spinning process, but because the ester bonds on the polylactic acid macromolecular chains are easy to chemically hydrolyze and thermally degrade, the mechanical properties of polylactic acid fibers after spinning often cannot meet the requirements of practical applications. Requirements, for example, the breaking strength of conventional textile polylactic acid fiber is often lower than 3.0cN / dtex, and the knot strength is often lower than 2.0cN / dtex, while the fishing polylactic acid monofilament often has a higher breaking strength and knot strength. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the production formula of polylactic acid, strengthen and toughen the polylactic acid matrix, and develop a degradable polylactic acid monofilament for fishing with excellent comprehensive performance.

Embodiment 1~5

[0033] Examples 1-5 are the preparation of the starch-modified polylactic acid monofilament of the present invention. The raw materials and their parts by weight are shown in Table 1, the manufacturing method is the same, and the corresponding parameters in the process are shown in Table 2. Concrete preparation steps are as follows:

[0034] (a) Premix the polylactic acid (number average molecular weight: 150000), starch, nano-silica and antioxidant 1010 of the formulation amount and pour it into the kneader, and carry out high-speed kneading at a speed of 500r / min-750r / min. Knead for 30min-60min, when the temperature of the mixture in the kneader (kneading pot) rises to 70°C, the material can be discharged to obtain a composite polylactic acid modified material;

[0035] (b) The polylactic acid modified material is extruded and granulated by a twin-screw extruder. The residence time of the polylactic acid modified material in the twin-screw extruder is 5-7 minutes, and the te...

Abstract

The invention discloses a starch-modified polylactate monofilament for a fishing net. The monofilament is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polylactic acid, 1-5 parts of starch, 1-5 parts of nanometer white carbon black and 0.1-0.5 part of antioxygen 1010. The starch-modified polylactate monofilament for the fishing net can be prepared by sequentially performing high-speed kneading, extrusion pelleting, melt spinning and stretching on the corresponding materials. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the starch-modified polylactate monofilament for the fishing net. According to the method provided by the invention, improved toughening modification is performed on the polylactic acid matrix by using the starch, the nanometer white carbon black and the antioxygen 1010, and thus breaking strength and knot strength of the monofilament are effectively improved. The preparation process is also controlled via parameters such as time, temperature and stretching times, influence of the preparation process on the breaking strength and knot strength of the monofilament is reduced, and the condition that the produced monofilament is good in spinnability and comprehensive performance is ensured, and the phenomenon of breaking wires does not occur in industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fishing net materials, in particular to a starch-modified polylactic acid monofilament for fishing and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Since most of the current fishing net materials are synthetic fibers such as polyethylene and polyamide, which are not easy to degrade in the natural environment, a large number of fishing nets lost or discarded by fishermen in the ocean are damaging the marine environment. These "ghost nets" affect fishery reserves, and Hazard to passing ships. These hazards are becoming increasingly serious with the development of global fisheries and the widespread use of fishing gear made of persistent materials. In order to solve this problem, the research and development of degradable fishing fiber materials in seawater has become a research hotspot in the field of fishery materials at home and abroad-fishing nets made of degradable materials, accompanied...
