Embodiment 1

[0040] Each of the following material components is measured in parts by mass.

[0041] (1) Toner dispersion: completed in two steps. Add 30 parts of water and 50 parts of Clariant blue toner (C.I.15: 3 blue) into the grinder, and use a nano grinder (Pengyi WBS-12, on the website of Qinhuangdao Pengyi Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd., the same below) to grind 30 minutes. Then add 10 parts of color paste dispersant polycarboxylate polymer macromolecule dispersant Demol P, grind for 30 minutes, then slowly add remaining 50 parts of toner and 70 parts of water, grind and disperse until grinding color paste particle size D50 200-500 nanometers (measured by a laser particle size analyzer, the maximum particle size does not exceed 500nm).

[0042] (2) Color paste preparation: Add 50 parts of self-crosslinking polyurethane resin (TakeLacWS-6021) and 10 parts of wetting agent (glycerin) to the dispersed toner in step (1), mix for 10 minutes, and adjust the color paste with water The so...

Embodiment 2

[0047] Each of the following material components is measured in parts by mass.

[0048] (1) Toner dispersion: completed in two steps. Add 30 parts of water and 30 parts of BASF blue toner (C.I. 60 blue) into the grinder, and use the nano grinder to grind for 30 minutes. Then add 20 parts of color paste dispersant polycarboxylate polymer macromolecule dispersant Demol P, after grinding for 30 minutes, slowly add remaining 70 parts of toner and 100 parts of water, grind and disperse until grinding color paste particle size D50 200-500 nanometers.

[0049] (2) Color paste preparation: Add 100 parts of self-crosslinking polyurethane resin (TakeLac WS-6021) and 10 parts of wetting agent (glycerin) to the dispersed toner in step (1), mix for 10 minutes, and adjust the color with water The solids content in the pulp consistency was 40%.

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic pigment paste for paper, and a preparation method and application thereof. The organic pigment paste is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises, by mass, 100 parts of pigment powder, 10 to 30 parts of a dispersant, 50 to 120 parts of resin, 5 to 20 parts of a wetting agent and a proper amount of water, and the component B is a color fixing agent for paper. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a part of the water with a part of the pigment powder and then carrying out primary grinding; then adding the dispersant and carrying out secondary grinding; adding the rest pigment powder and water and carrying out grinding and dispersion until the particle size D50 of obtained paste is in a range of 200 to 500 nm; and adding the resin and the wetting agent and carrying out uniform mixing so as to obtain the component A. The organic pigment paste provided by the invention is easy for color fixation and can be easily and firmly bonded with fibers when used in the process of papermaking. Colored paper prepared from the organic pigment paste has strong light fastness and a long-lasting brilliant color.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical new materials, in particular to an organic pigment paste for paper and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Colored paper is a colored paper product. The dye is soluble in water and has a natural affinity with the fiber. It can be adsorbed on the surface and inside of the fiber. It is easy to color and the dyeing effect is obvious. Therefore, it is widely used in the papermaking process. Dye dyed paper has low color fastness, easy to fade, not durable, and the grade of colored paper is low. The advantage of organic pigments over dyes is that they have strong light fastness and bright and long-lasting colors. They are favored varieties of high-grade colored paper. However, organic pigments are insoluble in water, cannot be directly combined with fibers, and are difficult to color. People try to use the dipping method. The obvious disadvantage is that it increases the d...
