The brine processing system comprises a boiler, an air preheater, an electric deduster, a desulfurization tower, a dewatering condensation apparatus and a spray evaporation tower, a denitration apparatus is arranged on a pipeline between the boiler and the air preheater; a bypass flue as a heating medium leading channel is arranged between the denitration apparatus and the air preheater, an end of the bypass flue is connected with a pipe of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, hot air after heat exchange is carried out outside the pipe is introduced into the spray evaporation tower, hot air and inner desulfurization waste water atomized droplets are mixed for precipitating a salt substance, the high-temperature flue gas after heat exchange in the pipe is introduced into the electric deduster; a rotary atomizer is arranged at top of the spray evaporation tower, a recovery pipeline communicated with the desulfurization tower is arranged at the side part, and a cloth bag deduster is arranged on the recovery pipeline.
