Embodiment 1

[0034] In a 500mL volumetric flask, add a concentration of 0.01mol / L and a composition of H 3 PO 4 、Na 3 PO 4 and NaH 2 PO 4Adjust the pH of the system to 2.5 with buffer solution, then add water to about 5-6mL below the mark (reserve the volume for adding TCA solution and PS solution), shake well and pour into a 500mL reaction bottle. Then add 5 mL of TCA aqueous solution with a concentration of 10 mg / L, and make to volume. In order to reduce the impact of TCA volatilization on the removal effect, the stirrer speed is controlled at 250rpm, and iron powder and sodium persulfate aqueous solution are added, wherein, in terms of active ingredients, the molar ratio of iron powder, sodium persulfate aqueous solution and TCA is 5000:1000 : 1, the reaction starts timing, and the reaction temperature is 25°C.

[0035] Sampling was carried out after 0 min, 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min of reaction respectively, a total of 7 sampling points, and 20 μL of Na 2 ...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Compared with Example 1, the only difference is that the molar ratio of iron powder, sodium persulfate aqueous solution and TCA is 1000:500:1.

Embodiment 3

[0039] Compared with Example 1, the only difference is that the molar ratio of iron powder, sodium persulfate aqueous solution and TCA is 5000:500:1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing smell substances in water by using zero-valent iron to activate persulfate. The method utilizes the zero-valent iron to dissolve out ferrous ions in a reaction system, activates the persulfate to generate free sulfate radicals and degrades the smell substances in the water so as to achieve the purpose of removing the smell substances in the water. The method has the advantages that the smell substances with low concentration can be effectively removed under the condition of less addition amount, simultaneously the weakening of the removing effect due to excessive ferrous ions can be avoided; a better removing effect can be achieved under normal temperature, the pH application range is wide, the operation is simple, the method can be implemented without need of adding other equipment and can be used for removing the smell substances in the water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the application field of water treatment technology, and in particular relates to a method for removing odor substances in water by activating persulfate with zero-valent iron. Background technique [0002] Odor and smell substances in water lead to the appearance of smell and taste problems. A lot of research has been done on the removal of smell and smell substances in water at home and abroad. At present, the research on the degradation technology of smell and smell substances can be roughly divided into the following categories: [0003] (1) Removal method of traditional treatment process: The removal method of traditional process generally includes aeration and activated carbon adsorption. [0004] (2) Oxidation treatment process: Common oxidation treatment processes include ozone oxidation, potassium permanganate oxidation, and photodegradation. [0005] (3) Membrane treatment technology: Membrane treatment technology us...
