Abstract

The invention discloses a bioreactor barrier for treating landfill leachate. A fed water dredging area, a buffer transition area, a bioreaction area and a water discharge area are sequentially arranged in the flowing direction of the landfill leachate, wherein the bioreaction area is filled with activated carbon and zeolite with the grain size being 1-2 mm, manganese sand with the grain size being 2-3 mm and ceramsite with the grain size being 4-5 mm. The bioreactor barrier for treating landfill leachate has the characteristics as follows: (1) filling materials used for the reactor barrier are pollution-free, easy to obtain and wide in sources, and the reactor barrier is constructed with a simple and easy method and has long service life; (2) the treatment effect is excellent: the COD removal rate reaches 92% or above, the inhibition rate of effluent luminous bacteria is basically 30% or below, the total anti-oxidative capacity gradually increases with the reaction time passing by, and poisoning weakening of high-toxic landfill leachate is realized; (3) higher biome metabolic activity can be kept in each position in the bioreaction area, that is, the pollutant decomposition capability is high.
