Problems solved by technology

[0004] Although this kind of fixed tool library can carry more operating tools or sampling boxes, it still cannot achieve the goal of completing multiple operating tasks in one dive when facing more and more complex and diverse operating tasks, and it still needs to float back to the mother ship Replacing work tools and sampling baskets, and changing tools requires manually connecting the tool's electrical circuit or hydraulic pipeline to the ROV, which greatly affects the efficiency of ROV operations

Abstract

The invention relates to a working tool magazine for underwater wet modular reloading of an ROV (Remotely-Operated Vehicle) and a docking device thereof. The working tool magazine comprises a tool magazine, wherein the top of the tool magazine is docked with the ROV through a docking module; an upper half part of the docking module is fixed on the ROV; a lower half part of the docking module is fixed on the tool magazine. The working tool magazine has the advantages of compact and reasonable structure, and convenience in operation, and underwater operation can be realized conveniently through matched docking work of the tool magazine, the docking module and the ROV. During underwater operation, a plurality of operation tool magazines carrying different tools can be arranged at a fixed underwater reloading position according to an operation task needing to be finished by the ROV in a cruising range of a mother ship, a tool magazine needed by next operation can be replaced once underwater after ROV finishes operation once, and the tools and a sampling box do not need to be replaced on the mother ship on the water surface, so that the operation capability and efficiency of the ROV are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of underwater operations, in particular to an ROV underwater wet modular refitting operation tool library and a docking device thereof. Background technique [0002] ROV is a remotely controlled unmanned submersible, an underwater robot used for underwater observation, inspection and construction. [0003] The traditional underwater operation method of ROV can only carry a small number of working tools or sampling boxes on the ROV body for underwater operations. When completing complex tasks, it needs to float to the surface of the mother ship many times to replace the working tools or sampling baskets and then go down again. Submerged operations, lower operating capacity and operating efficiency. In order to improve the operating capability and efficiency of the ROV, a fixed operating tool library has been adopted at present. The tool library is generally mounted under the ROV and fixedly connected to the ...
